Fossil Creek's executive chef and talented culinary team take pride in delivering creatively-imagined, freshly-prepared food and beverages for events hosted at the club. We offer a wide array of delicious menu options including Continental cuisine, regional specialties and seasonal fare, along with customized menus to accommodate allergies, dietary needs and special requests.
Food and beverages can be served in one of our indoor or outdoor banquet venues, on the golf course, or in the main dining room. Light snacks and beverages can also be purchased from the beverage cart.
